Irish Blessings
“May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind always be at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
and rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand.”

  1. Hi Mystic!
Just read some of your posts and decided – yes, I want to follow you!
Ancient wisdom and all … 😉 And besides – it truly feels like a blessing to read what you write 🙂 🙂
    Have a great week! 🙂 🙂

  2. Hi Mystic Dee., I absolutely agree, when you are a writer, whether you write or not, the itch never leaves until you finally scratch it . And I also believe that age is the writers best friend it lends a hearty stock of experiences to draw upon as well as the deeper understandings of life.

    1. Part Irish, Part Italian. What a combination. My Father’s Father came from County Wicklow, Ireland. My mother’s people came from Calabria, Italy.
In America my Mom lived across the street from where West Side story was filmed. My Dad came from Hell’s Kitchen; across the street from the Actor’s Church. They were both rough places to grow up. I think they met at a church event.
